Railway electrification (OCS)

The overhead catenary system (OCS) delivers traction power to electric trains through a contact wire suspended above the track. SPIS Railways Construction installs and maintains OCS for mainline railways, metro and light rail projects in Israel, from foundations and masts through cantilevers, wiring and final adjustment.

 

Our electrification crews work alongside our track teams on both new and operational lines, using specialized rail-mounted equipment and a strict focus on safety, to deliver electrification works on schedule and to the client's standards.
